More and more vendors from all over the country are experiencing
the advantages of marketing their merchandise at this large
event. So be sure to call soon to reserve the best spot to market
your merchandise. We are located in the heart of snowmobile
country. |
Hastings
Michigan is just 18 miles south of Grand Rapids, the second largest
city in Michigan. This event draws snowmobile enthusiast from all
over the country. We
have something for everyone. A huge dealer midway, which includes several buildings filled with everything
from snowmobile parts, services, tours, hotels, clothing, raffles,
etc., and a huge swap meet. We also have a snowmobile grass drag
proving which snowmobile is hot and fast this year. There's enough
excitement for a days worth of entertainment. We have camping right
at the facility for vendors and spectators to spend an entire weekend
getting fired up about the upcoming snowmobile season.
Our
racing facility features long fences where your banners can be displayed
for a lot of spectators to see. Our announcer does a fine job in
promoting your name and services also.

King Of The Trail
The cost to enter the class is $50.00, which includes insurance.
You will be racing to win 100% PAYBACK.
There will be no charge for hot pit passes.
No camping or fires allowed in the pit area.
No wheeled vehicles are allowed outside of the pit area.
Eye protection must be worn at all times when on the start line.
Ice and food will be available in the pits.

We
encourage all trail racers to load your toys and come see what your
snowmobile will do. Several teams will be ready to give you a hand
and a few pointers to get your machine ready to rock. There are special classes for amateur/trail stock racers to race for more information visit Cosdra.com
Keep
in mind, there will be no hot pit pass charged for the weekend,
and only racers and pit crew are allowed in the hot pit area. There
will be no spec fuel, however there will be fuel testing. Ice and food will
be available to buy in the pits.
Reserved Pit Parking
Reserved pit parking will need to be paid in advance, and will be
reserved upon receipt of payment. It is optional
to reserve your parking spot in the pits; the reserved spots will
start at the hot pit entrance and work back toward the end of the
track. If you would like to reserve your pit parking, please call
616-696-8915.
We
will offer a weekend pass for the racers and their team for $40.00
per person. This offer is good for Racers/Teams arriving Friday,
October 13th, and will include your gate admission, pit pass and
testing for the entire weekend. You will be given a wristband, and
this band must be worn on your wrist for the entire weekend. If
you lose it, you will be responsible to pay gate admission. Gate
admission for Saturday and Sunday will remain the same at $10.00
gate fee, and $5.00 pit pass per person.
