Each campsite is $20 per night

Please review and be familiar with the items below which apply to all campgrounds.

1. There are two different camp ground locations on the property the first one is designated SPECTATOR CAMPING this location offers 211 modern camp sites and is located right next to the Snow Show and Swap Meet area, weekend gate passes for this camp ground will be $25 per person (does NOT include pit pass). The second one is designated RACE TRACK CAMPING this location offers 96 modern camp sites located at the end of pit row next to the drag strip where the race teams park there haulers, weekend gate passes for this camp ground will be $40 per person (pass DOES include pit pass) You must indicate witch camping location you require when making your reservation please.

2. Dates for camping at the 2011 Michigan Winter Fest will be Friday October 12 and Saturday October 13, 2012.

3. All gate camp site sales are cash only no refunds.

4. All campers entering the event must purchase an event wrist band in addition to the camp site rental price. The three day event wrist band price is $25 per person children under twelve are free.
Camp site rental cost will be $20 per night per site.

5. You may reserve your camp site in advance by mailing a check to YZRP 13401 Olin Lakes Drive Sparta Mi. 49345 make checks payable to YZRP. By reserving your camp site in advance this will secure your camp site reservation only, it will not include you’re per person event gate fee.

6. Quiet time for these camp sites will be from 11pm to 9am the next day.

7. Sales of any products in camp ground area is not permitted.

8. All pets must be secured.

9. Offensive signs, loud music, drunkenness and profanity WILL NOT be tolerated.

10. Friends and family of those camping that wish to visit campers will be charged the event gate fee. Friday evening $20 per person, Saturday evening $10 per person.

11. Yankee Zephyr Racing Promotions Inc. reserves the right to refuse admittance or removal of anyone it sees’s fit.
